About this website
Everything on this website, including treatment pages and journal articles, is general information only. It is not a diagnosis, a prescription, or personalised medical advice, and it cannot tell you whether a treatment is suitable for you. Only a face-to-face consultation can do that.
Consultations and treatment
Booking an appointment does not guarantee that you will be treated. Every treatment depends on your consultation, your medical history, the practitioner's clinical judgement and your informed consent. Some treatments additionally require a separate face-to-face prescribing consultation. You are always free to decide not to go ahead, and the practitioner may advise against treatment where it would not be appropriate.
Age and suitability
All treatments are strictly for clients aged 18 and over, and proof of age may be requested. Certain treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or alongside particular medical conditions or medicines. Please share this information honestly at consultation so your safety can be properly assessed.
Prices, deposits and cancellations
Prices shown on this website are current at the time of publication and may change. The prices, deposit requirement and cancellation terms that apply to your appointment are the ones shown in the Faces booking flow when you book. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange, as late cancellations and missed appointments may affect your deposit.
Results and imagery
Results, recovery and how long an outcome lasts vary from person to person. Photographs on this website show individual clients and are not a promise or prediction of the result you will get. All client imagery is published only with that client's written consent.
