Booking and deposits
A £20 deposit is required to secure your appointment and is deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day. Deposits are non-refundable, as your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. The remaining balance is due once your treatment has been completed.
Cancellations, rescheduling and lateness
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment, so the slot can be offered to another client. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less notice may result in your deposit being forfeited. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as you can — arriving more than 10 minutes after your appointment time may mean your treatment needs to be shortened or rebooked, as it is not fair to keep other clients waiting.
Consultation and consent
Every appointment begins with a consultation, never straight into treatment. We will only proceed with your informed consent, and only where treatment is clinically appropriate for you that day — we would rather recommend a different approach, or no treatment at all, than treat when it is not the right fit. You are always free to change your mind, at any stage, without explanation.
Age and identification
All treatments are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We may ask for photo ID to confirm your age before treatment.
Medical history, pregnancy and breastfeeding
Please tell us honestly about your medical history, current medications, allergies and any previous cosmetic treatments, including those done elsewhere — this information keeps you safe. Most injectable and energy-based treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding; if this applies to you, let us know at the earliest opportunity so we can discuss suitable alternatives or timing.
Patch tests
Some products and treatments require a patch test before your first appointment. Where this applies, it must be completed with enough advance notice — please book this in ahead of time, as treatment cannot go ahead on the same day without it.
Aftercare and your safety
You will be given clear aftercare guidance after every treatment, and it matters — following it properly supports both your results and your safety. If anything concerns you afterwards, contact the clinic promptly; do not wait for your next appointment. There is always a route back to us.
Children policy
To maintain a safe, professional, and relaxing environment, children are not permitted to attend appointments. Please arrange suitable childcare before your visit. If you arrive with a child, we may be unable to carry out your treatment, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of your appointment once your treatment has been completed. We accept payment by cash or bank transfer.
Refunds
Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, no refunds will be given once a treatment has been carried out. If you have any concerns regarding your treatment or results, please contact us as soon as possible.
Feedback and concerns
If something has not met your expectations, please tell us directly — most concerns can be resolved quickly when we know about them. You can reach the clinic using the details on our contact page.
