When you book an appointment we collect your name, contact details, date of birth, relevant medical history, details of previous treatments, and your consent records. When you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram we receive whatever information you choose to send. Simply browsing this website does not require you to provide any personal information.
How we use your information
We use your information to assess whether treatment is suitable for you, to provide care safely, to keep the clinical records we are professionally required to keep, to manage appointments and payments, and to contact you about your care. We rely on your consent for treatment, on our legitimate interests for routine clinic administration, and on legal and professional obligations for record-keeping.
Booking and messaging platforms
Appointments are booked through Faces Consent, an external booking and consent platform which processes your booking and medical questionnaire information on our behalf under its own privacy terms. If you contact us through WhatsApp or Instagram, those platforms process your message under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your information and we never share it for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are retained for the period required by the professional record-keeping standards that apply to nursing and aesthetic practice. General enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are kept only as long as needed to answer them. Records are then securely deleted or destroyed.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not profile visitors. Only the strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function are used. If analytics or marketing tools are introduced in future, this policy will be updated and appropriate consent will be requested first.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to object to or restrict certain processing, and in some circumstances to request erasure.
